Karvy & Company is in the profession of Chartered Accountancy since 1979 providing services in the area of Taxation, Business Process Outsourcing, Financial Consultancy, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Management. Partners

1. Mr. V. Kutumba Rao, M.B.A., F.C.A.

V. Kutumba Rao worked in M/s. Brahmayya & Company, Chartered Accountants, Madras as an Apprentice for three years.

V. Kutumba Rao worked in M/s. Jeypore Sugar Company Ltd., Madras as an Industrial Trainee for one year.

He was admitted as an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, during 1976 and as a Fellow Member in 1981.

V. Kutumba Rao is in practice as a Chartered Accountant since 1976, individually and in partnership with the trade name of KARVY & COMPANY from 1979. Mr. Kutumba Rao is a Founder Director of M/s. Karvy Consultants Ltd. – a leading Share Transfer Agent and Registrar in the Country.

In our present set up V. Kutumba Rao looks after all the Income Tax related matters at Hyderabad.

2. Mr. K. Ajay Kumar, F.C.A.

K. Ajay Kumar worked in M/s. Brahmayya & Company, Chartered Accountants Bangalore and Hyderabad for a period of 5 years.

He was admitted as an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1982 and as a Fellow Member in 1987.

He joined as a partner in M/s. Karvy & Company in 1982. K. Ajay Kumar is a Founder Director of M/s. Karvy Consultants Ltd. – a leading Share Transfer Agent and Registrar in the Country.

K. Ajay Kumar is also a Founder Director of M/s. New Horizons Cybersoft Ltd. This Company is engaged in Software Development both in India and has a Offshore Development Centre in the U.S.A.

In our present set up Ajay Kumar looks after Audit and Audit related matters at Hyderabad.

3. Mr. T.V.R.S. Bhanu Murthy, F.C.A.

Mr. T.V.R.S. Bhanu Murthy worked in M/s Shekar & Co., Chartered Accountants for a brief period of 6 months as an article clerk and later completed the remaining two and half years in M/s Brahmayya & Company Chartered Accountants, Chennai.

He worked as senior Tax Assistant in M/s Narayana Varma & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai during the year 1996. He was admitted as Associate member of Institute of chartered Accountants of India in the year 1997 and a fellow member in the year 2004.

Later he worked in M/s Ratan S.Mama & Co a leading chartered Accountants firm in Mumbai for two years during 1997 and 1998. He started his own practice in December 1998 in the name of M/s T.Bhanumurthy & Co, a proprietory concern.

He joined as partner in KARVY & CO., chartered Accountants in September 2004.

T.V.R.S.Bhanu Murthy looks after all Income Tax related matters at Mumbai.     Go Top..
